After 35 years studying personalities the most valuable thing I’ve learned is this: we all have superpowers. What I mean is we all have unique personality strengths that, when developed, can empower us to reach greater heights and achieve our biggest goals. When we focus on what we’re good at, we nurture self respect and confidence, which naturally leads to a deeper trust in ourselves. And all of this leads to healthier relationships. Yet, many of us remain unaware of these innate gifts.
